Twelve Iowa women wealth advisers were featured recently among Forbes’ sixth annual Top Women Wealth Advisors on the Best-in-State list for Iowa. Deniz Franke, franchise owner of Franke Miller Group, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services in West Des Moines, received the No. 1 ranking for the Iowa list. A total of 1,377 female advisers nationally were selected based on rankings compiled for Forbes by Shook Research, which researched and interviewed candidates who had been nominated by their firms. The rankings are based on an algorithm of qualitative data, learned through surveys and interviews conducted in person, by telephone and virtually to evaluate best practices, level of service, investing models and compliance records as well as quantitative data, such as revenue trends and assets under management. All advisers have a minimum of seven years’ experience.
