Construction of a house built by Frampton Homes in conjunction with Make-A-Wish Iowa is complete, and the home is ready to be sold. Proceeds from the sale will be donated to Make-A-Wish Iowa. The house is the second from which Grimes-based Frampton Homes is donating sales proceeds to charity. The firm completed a similar project in 2018 and donated $100,000 to the charity. This year’s house is located at 1201 N.W. Fifth St., Grimes. A ribbon-cutting ceremony is slated at the house at 4 p.m. Thursday. To see more photos of the house, click here.
