Four Greater Des Moines restaurants have once again been recognized by Wine Spectator magazine as offering excellent wines. The magazine’s wine award of excellence has been issued to Splash Seafood Bar and Grill in downtown Des Moines, Trostel’s Greenbriar Restaurant and Bar in Johnston and Trostel’s Dish in Clive. 801 Chophouse in downtown Des Moines was given a best of award of excellence. The magazine’s website annually lists restaurants across the country with good wine selections.
