Employees of UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Iowa on Friday will distribute hundreds of new winter coats to students at Samuelson Elementary School in Des Moines. Each student will have the opportunity to pick out a coat. The donation was made possible by a grant from UnitedHealthcare. The donation is one of several the health insurer has made to schools around the state over the past year.
