Alliant CEO Kampling to retire, Larsen promoted
Alliant Energy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Patricia Kampling will retire July 1, the company reported. Kampling has been with Alliant Energy since 2005 and has served as chairman and CEO since 2012. Alliant Energy President and Chief Operating Officer John O. Larsen will succeed Kampling and joined the board effective Feb. 13. Larsen becomes CEO, president and board chairman July 1.
