Justin Lossner has been named managing director of JLL Des Moines, joining Marcus Pitts as a managing director and co-leader of the office, which serves Iowa markets. “Marcus and Justin have been incredibly instrumental in the success of the JLL Des Moines office,” said Grant Emerick, chief operating officer, Midwest Markets. “We have been very pleased with the performance of the office and look forward to our fifth year in the Des Moines and Iowa markets.” Lossner was recently accepted into the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. The SIOR designation is a professional achievement for highly qualified commercial real estate practitioners with a strong transactional history in brokerage, fee-based services or executive management. Criteria included a minimum of five years of active engagement in commercial real estate, a gross fee income of $300,000 each year, continuing education courses and endorsements from current designees.
