Now, Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller’s office is seeking enforcement of federal violations against La’ James International College. It says the violations are based on the finding by a court-appointed administrator that the for-profit school is engaging in deceptive or unfair business practices. Miller’s office also wants the school to agree to foot the bill for an extension of administrative oversight.
