Playhouse announces Hopson endowment
The family of Des Moines Community Playhouse actress, director and educator Jeanne Hopson has established the Jeanne Hopson Angel Endowment Fund. The fund will provide scholarships to financially-challenged people who want to attend camps, classes or other educational programs at the Playhouse. David Kilpatrick, Playhouse executive director, said, “We’re so grateful to the Hopson family for honoring Jeanne’s legacy in this way.”
