Des Moines Register: Iowa has joined 10 other states and a handful of private, nonprofit and religious employers in suing the Biden administration over its vaccination requirement for businesses with 100 or more employees. The rule, which the U.S. Labor Department released Thursday, is slated to take effect Jan. 4 and would require employees to either be fully vaccinated or undergo weekly testing and wear masks in the workplace. Employers may be slapped with penalties of up to $13,653 per violation if they don’t comply.
