Iowa joins 10 states in lawsuit challenging new federal vaccine rule for large employers

The rule, which the U.S. Labor Department released Thursday, is slated to take effect Jan. 4 and would require employees to either be fully vaccinated or undergo weekly testing and wear masks in the workplace. Employers may be slapped with penalties of up to $13,653 per violation if they don’t comply.
