Hubbell Realty buys 36 acres in Waukee for residential developments

West Des Moines-based Hubbell Realty Co., doing business as HRC NW Waukee LLC, paid Waukee Crossing LLC $3.6 million for 36 acres in northwest Waukee, Dallas County real estate records show. The properties were part of an 88-acre parcel that was subdivided in August 2021. (See map.) The property is generally located north of Hickman Road and east of Northwest 10th Street.
