NCMIC Group Inc. announced that it has promoted David Siebert, top, to president of its insurance operating companies, NCMIC Insurance Co./Professional Solutions Insurance Co. Additionally, the company has named Tony Dickinson, bottom, as president of NCMIC Finance Corp./Professional Solutions Financial Services. Both will report to CEO Mike McCoy. 

NCMIC Group, which has 200 employees at its Clive headquarters, is a leading malpractice insurance and credit card processing company. Siebert joined the company in 1995 as a claims representative and held several leadership positions before being named senior vice president in 2018. 

Dickinson joined NCMIC Finance Corp. in July 2017 and was most recently chief operating officer of NFC. He succeeds Greg Cole, who has retired as president of NCMIC Finance Corp. after nearly 20 years with NFC. Before joining NFC, Dickinson worked for Wells Fargo, with the majority of his time in the role of vice president and marketing manager across the Great Plains region. 

Through its two brands – NCMIC and Professional Solutions – the company has a significant presence in the malpractice insurance industry and the credit card processing industry. The company also provides equipment financing and working capital loans for clients and issues small business credit cards, and operates a commercial and personal insurance agency. NCMIC Group will celebrate its 75th year in business in 2021.
