Chapter Aesthetic Studio, a medical spa providing nonsurgical and cosmetic treatments, is opening a second Iowa location in West Des Moines this week. The spa’s first Iowa location is in Sioux City. Melissa Rogne founded Chapter and opened its first location in Fargo, N.D. The new location, at 210 Jordan Creek Parkway, will hold its grand opening Thursday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 to 7 p.m. A ribbon-cutting with the West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce will take place at noon.
