Des Moines Independent Community School District and Saydel Community School District are among Iowa Public Television’s 2015-16 Ready for School communities. Ready for School is an IPTV initiative in which educational specialists will work with educators, parents, care providers and community partners in selected communities to implement literacy-based activities for children ages 2-8.
