Heath Bullock, who runs the Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) brokerage in Des Moines, was named the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association Broker of the Year during the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Expo Tuesday in West Des Moines. Ryan Jensen of CBRE|Hubbell Commercial had the top deal with a value of less than $5 million and Tom Knapp of NAI Optimum had the top deal with a value of more than $5 million. Jeremy Spillman of NAI Optimum was named Rising Star. Marc Salmon of Wells Fargo & Co. received the Industry Impact Award.
