Kim Reynolds received a State Honorary Chair Award through her work with Million Women Mentors Iowa, and Jana Rieker, public relations and communications director at Trilix, received a State Leader Award. Million Women Mentors supports the engagement of 1 million science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) mentors (male and female) to increase the interest and confidence of girls and women to persist and succeed in STEM programs and careers.
