Hubbell Avenue public discussion is Tuesday
The city of Des Moines will host an open house from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the East Side Library for the Hubbell Avenue Corridor Study Improvement project, which includes the evaluation of Hubbell Avenue between East 33rd and East 38th streets, with a focus on the safety and operations of the intersection of East Douglas Avenue and Hubbell Avenue.
