Impact Community Action Partnership Inc. has leased space at 2701 S.E. Convenience Blvd., Suite 2, in Ankeny. Carson Hughes of Denny Elwell Co. represented the tenant and the landlord, Metro North/Ankeny Center LLC.  

Jason Gazy, doing business as Fugazy Pro Vapes, has leased space at 2310 University Ave. in Des Moines. The tenant was represented by Scott Berry of Stanbrough Realty. Carson Hughes of Denny Elwell Co. represented the landlord, DLE Four Way LC.
