Exhibit to highlight Iowa female artists
Three Iowa women’s art will be exhibited in Lt. Gov. Kim Reynold’s formal office as part a twice-yearly exhibition created to celebrate female artists’ contributions to the state’s cultural vitality. The artists honored through the Iowa Women’s Art Exhibition are photographer Judith Eastburn of Des Moines, ceramist Amy Uthus of Knoxville, and artist and Graceland art professor Julia Franklin of Lamoni. The fall exhibition runs until December, and a spring exhibit is January to June next year.
