JLL announced that Jeremy Spillman has joined JLL as vice president. He will focus on business development and the expansion of the firm’s office, industrial and retail portfolio in Des Moines, according to a release. Spillman joins Heath Bullock, Marcus Pitts and Justin Lossner. Spillman most recently was with NAI Optimum and managed a portfolio of $5 million and was directly involved with more than $20 million in commercial real estate. He was named the 2015 Iowa Commercial Real Estate Rising Star. He also spent 12 years in supply chain solutions and logistics management.
