CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial has brokered a multimillion dollar sale of The Mansions at Jordan Creek, a 140-unit apartment complex at 355 88th St. in West Des Moines. Constructed in 2007, The Mansions were sold to MFR Partners XI LLC. Hubbell Commercial senior vice presidents Linda Gibbs and Timothy Sharpe represented the sellers, Perry Family Real Estate LLC and Jordan Creek Properties LLC. Gibbs and Sharpe, who manage the CB Richard Ellis Private Capital Group in Iowa, also arranged the sale of Alexis at Perry Pointe Apartments to MFR Partners. The sellers were Northbrook Housing Partners and Summerfield Development Co. LLC.
