The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking to return $153 million in undelivered refund checks to taxpayers nationally and more than $417,000 to 461 taxpayers in Iowa, the bureau announced. Taxpayers can check on the status of their refund check by going to www.irs.gov and clicking the “Where’s My Refund” tool, or calling (1 800) 829-1954.
