Five local advertisers earned district ADDY Awards through the American Advertising Federation (AAF). ITAGroup Inc. won a gold award for its President’s Club 2011 final mailing. Four agencies won silver awards: 8/7 Central Inc. for its client, Badowers; The Integer Group for its client, Carpet One Cleaning Inc.; ZLR Ignition for its client, the Iowa Department of Public Health; and QA Graphics for its client, the World Food Prize Foundation. Iowa is in AAF District 9, which also includes Nebraska, Kansas and Missouri. District winners have the chance to compete at the national level.
