Home prices continue to rise
Home prices have risen 2.1 percent from the first quarter and are up 0.2 percent for the year, according to a report released this morning by Zillow.
The median home price is $149,300, according to CNNMoney. This was the first year-to-year increase since 2007, but home prices are still 24 percent lower than they were in April 2007.
