Clogg appointed to district court judge
Gov. Terry Branstad has appointed Richard Clogg as judge to the District Court in Judicial District 5A.
Clogg, an Indianola resident, was appointed as district associate judge in 1999, and was in private practice for 25 years prior.
District 5 includes Polk County and south central Iowa
