California real estate trust buys Stadium View student housing in Ames
Stadium View, developed as luxury student housing in 2016 and 2017 by Haverkamp Properties in Ames, has been sold to real estate equity firm Arrimus Capital of Newport Beach, Calif., according to a release. The 518-bed, five-building complex is adjacent to Iowa State University at 1206 S. Fourth St. The sale closed in December at a price of $38.6 million, including $1 million in personal property, according to Story County property records.
