Kading Properties, an Urbandale-based construction and property management company, will stop in five Iowa towns on its second annual Hometown Tour, designed to bring its leadership and development teams communities across the state. The five communities selected for the tour are Webster City, Mason City, Fort Dodge, Fairfield and Denison. Throughout the tour, Kading will meet with civic leaders, tour local employers and development sites and explore opportunities to align housing solutions with each community’s goals for retention, recruitment and revitalization. Tour dates for each city will be announced in the coming months.
