Des Moines Performing Arts, building on a record 16,200 season ticket holders, is starting a waitlist for the Willis Broadway Series season tickets. “We are delighted by the significant interest in our 2018-19 Willis Broadway Season and we appreciate the loyalty of our record-setting 16,200 current season ticket holders,” Denise Smithson-Green, director of ticketing, said in a statement. “Moving to a waitlist allows DMPA to fill new season ticket requests in the most equitable way possible.” Current season ticket holders can renew through May 18. Then people on the waitlist will be contacted based on the type of request and the order in which they enrolled in the waitlist.
