Loras College receives CFP certification for financial planning minor

Noonan School of Business have been approved by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards to provide a new minor in financial planning and wealth management for undergraduate students. Students completing the financial planning and wealth management program at Loras will meet the education requirement for the CFP certification examination administered by the CFP Board. “We understand many financial planners come to the profession from a variety of backgrounds and experiences,” said Brian Kallback, director of the program. “Thus, the minor doesn’t require prerequisites and is open to students of all majors and interests.” For more information about the new program, click here or contact Kallback by email or at (563) 588-7626.
