A look at Village of Ponderosa’s tenants
Nearly 330,000 square feet of retail, office and residential space is planned in the 16 buildings that will make up the Village of Ponderosa’s center. Here’s a brief description of each structure:
A. Central Financial Group will be the anchor tenant, taking up the majority of the two-story building’s second floor. The remaining space will go to tenants offering similar services
B. As a wellness center, this building will house Estilo Salon & Day Spa on the first floor with room for additional tenants on the first and second floor. The building will be distinguished by an illuminated art piece and a grass terrace along the lake.
C. This building will likely be a family practice clinic.
D. The first of three mixed-use buildings, this one will have retail on the first floor, offices on the second and residential or office units on the third. The buildings across the street will be shorter, allowing tenants in buildings D, G and H to have a view of the lake.
E. Gateway Market is the anchor to the commercial district, offering specialty and convenience foods, wine and a dine-in café with patio seating.
F. Similar to building D.
G. Similar to building D.
H. This building will be a restaurant.
I. The two-story building is still being designed, but will likely be service-oriented retail first floor and office on the second.
J. Vision Bank will be the main tenant, and is expected to move into the building in November. The building will have a large common area for people to use between appointments. Other financial services businesses could also lease space.
K. This two-story building will likely be occupied by one or two tenants.
L-1. Pin-Up Bowl, a martini lounge and bowling alley operated by a company based in St. Louis, will be on the first level of this three-story building.
L-2. This building will be three stories used for office space.
M. Same as H.
N. BSB Design’s new office.
O. This building could offer six live/work lofts, giving tenants a first-level office space and two stories of living area.
