Meredith Corp. is sponsoring a new acoustic stage at this year’s Des Moines Arts Festival downtown June 24-26. “Live music is an important feature of our festival’s goal to bring culture and the arts of all varieties to central Iowa,” said Stephen King, festival executive director. The schedule for all performing artists on the new stage and the Hy-Vee main stage are listed on the festival’s website. The Wednesday Business Record Daily incorrectly listed the number of stages and sponsors.
