The study and subsequent master plan will mix residential, commercial, retail and civic land uses, while emphasizing improved mobility for pedestrians, bikes and vehicles, including a focus on sustainable development practices, according to a release. A “public vision workshop” is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. May 8 at the Richard A. Clark Municipal Services Building, 1551 E. Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway. More information is at marketdistrictdsm.com.
