Kuder Inc., an education management company in Adel, appointed Connor Harrington as the organization’s CEO, effective Nov. 14. Harrington is succeeding his father, Phil Harrington, who created and led the company for 27 years. Phil Harrington will transition to chairman of the board. Connor Harrington most recently served as chief revenue officer and has held several other positions with the company in sales, marketing and business intelligence. Before returning to Kuder in July 2020, he spent five years in various roles with the EdTech organization Collegis Education. Connor Harrington first joined Kuder in 2013 as a business development representative, and since his return, has worked alongside his father; Kuder President Erin Milroy; and the executive council on strategy, operations and partnership initiatives.
