Airport traffic grew 3.8 percent in July
Passenger traffic at Des Moines International Airport grew by 3.8 percent in July compared with the same month last year. For the year, airport traffic is up 5.8 percent. American Airlines was the top carrier in July, but saw a 4.8 percent drop in traffic compared with July 2015. Frontier Airlines’ traffic nearly doubled.
