Haverkamp Properties has sold University West Apartment complex in Ames to Corridor Ventures for $41.5 million. The property includes 484 apartment units in six buildings.

This is the third major shake up in the Ames apartment market. In 2006, Ev Cochrane and Associates, a major real estate owner in Ames, sold all of its campustown property to Illinois-based Roland Realty for $51.25 million. In 2005, Haverkamp Properties sold a 182 unit complex for $19.6 million.

Haverkamp Properties will continue to own and manage their other real estate in Ames.
