Ames Walk to End Alzheimer’s raises more than $67,000 to fight Alzheimer’s, dementia
Ames-area residents raised more than $67,000 as part of this year’s Ames Walk to End Alzheimer’s, held as an individual and small-teams challenge this year by the Alzheimer’s Association Iowa Chapter due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This year’s fundraising goal is $113,000, and fundraising continues through the end of the year. More information is available online.
