Andringa to take over as co-chair of STEM council
Mary Vermeer Andringa, president and CEO of Vermeer Corp. in Pella, will take over as co-chair of the Governor’s STEM Advisory Council on July 1. University of Northern Iowa President Ben Allen will step down from that role on Jun 30. Andringa currently serves as the first female chairperson of the National Association of Manufacturers.
