Annual YPC Volunteer Fair scheduled next month
Registration is now open to nonprofits wishing to participate in Young Professional Connection Des Moines’ annual Volunteer Fair. The event, designed to help local nonprofits recruit volunteers and build awareness, will be held Sept. 24 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Drake University’s Olmsted Center. Organizations of any size, focus or need are invited to participate, but space is limited to 75 organizations. Questions can be directed to YPC Charitable Chair Chris Wood at charitable@ypcdsm.com.
