A 52,000-square-foot big-box store will be complete in January 2008 at 1205 S.E. 16th Court in Ankeny. Chris Murray of Denny Elwell Co. said Michigan-based MC Sports will occupy 15,000 square feet of the building. MC Sports is slated to have a grand opening next spring. Murray said his company is currently in negotiations with other stores to fill the remaining 37,000 square feet.
