Diligent Development, a Des Moines-area boutique real estate development company, is the newest sponsor for Norwalk Central, a planned mixed-use development in the center of the Warren County community. Diligent Development is contributing towards the lounge area inside the City State Bank Norwalk Fieldhouse, a public recreation facility that construction is expected to begin on this summer. The facility’s lounge will be called “Diligent Development Lounge.” The company is providing $50,000 for the five-year sponsorship. The city has raised $685,000 from sponsorships for the project.
