Reconstruction is complete on a new apartment building in Hubbell Realty Co.’s Ashford Ridge complex in Urbandale. In March 2020, a fire at 3600 Patricia Drive destroyed an apartment building in the complex. There were no fatalities or major injuries. Hubbell replaced the building with a new structure that includes 36 one- and two-bedroom units. Reconstruction costs totaled $3.6 million. Thirty-one of the 36 units are leased.
