Art Center seeks entries to celebrate Pappajohn Sculpture Park
The Des Moines Art Center is inviting the Greater Des Moines community to participate in “Sculpting our Community” in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Pappajohn Sculpture Park. Participants are encouraged to create art in any media inspired by the works in the park. Images will be printed and on display (weather permitting) at a free community celebration for participants, guests, and supporters on Sept. 7, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Pappajohn Sculpture Park.
