Artstop 2012 will present eight dynamic artworks installed in public spaces during its two-week tour.

The public can visit two cultural and entertainment districts per weekend to see the pieces:  Sept. 14-15 the Court Avenue and Historic East Village districts;  Sept. 21-22 in the Roosevelt and Historic Valley Junction areas; and Sept. 28-29 in the Western Gateway and Ingersoll districts.

Now in its sixth year, Artstop, in partnership with the Greater Des Moines Public Art Foundation, will also feature Project Spaces, which will showcase more than 30 venues and artists between Sept.14 to 29. More information can be viewed online.
