F. Austin Jones has been named president and chief trust officer at Grinnell State Bank, where he has worked for 31 years and most recently served as senior executive vice president, chief financial officer and senior trust officer since 2012. He has been president of Grinnell Investor Center since 1996. The appointment follows the move of David A. Jones to chief executive officer. Fitzpatrick A. Jones is the new executive vice president and security officer. The appointments were effective Jan. 31. Grinnell State Bank has operations in Grinnell, Johnston, Marengo and Polk City.
