Autumn Crest Plaza construction nearing completion
Construction of Autumn Crest Plaza at 260 N.W. 36th St. in Ankeny is nearing completion, according to a release from Kimberley Construction which is building the nearly 12,000-square-foot office and retail center. Kimberley Construction is a division of Kimberley Development Corp., located in Ankeny. The center, which will be anchored by Walgreens, is expected to open in the spring.
