Bankers Trust buys property in downtown Des Moines

The Des Moines bank paid the Richard Hansen Revocable Trust $1.45 million for property at 717 Seventh St., records show.
The half-acre parcel includes a 3,062-square-foot one-story, brick building constructed in 2000.
The property is valued at $2.15 million.
The transaction was recorded Aug. 31.

Mary C. Cockerill and two trusts paid BDC-Stoney Point LLC $2.7 million for property at 5901 S.E. 14th St., real estate records show. The property includes a recently constructed 2,284-square-foot retail building. A Starbucks coffee shop occupies the building. The property is valued at $458,000. The transaction was recorded Aug. 28.
ACD Holdings LLC, located in Ankeny, paid SCO Properties LLC $725,000 for undeveloped property at 310 N.W. 18th St. in Ankeny, records show. The transaction was recorded Aug. 28.

The property includes the Meadows Apartments, a complex built in 2004. The complex includes 48 apartments spread over six buildings. The transaction was recorded Aug. 31.
Goodno Rental LLC, located in Knoxville, Iowa, paid WWL Properties LLC $2.85 million for property at 1658 E. Euclid Ave. in Des Moines, records show. The 4.1-acre parcel includes a 57,974-square-foot office-warehouse that was constructed in 1959. The property is valued at $2.8 million. The transaction was recorded Sept. 1.
Millpark Partners LLC, managed by Kansas City, Mo.-based Block Real Estate Services LLC, paid TPRF V Grimes LLC $9 million for 1300, 1350, 1500 S.E. Gateway Drive and 1300 S.E. Little Beaver Drive in Grimes, records show. The properties all include warehouses. The transaction was recorded Sept. 1.
