Bars in 4 of 6 counties can reopen tonight; Story, Johnson still closed

Kim Reynolds declared Tuesday. Bars in Black Hawk, Dallas, Linn and Polk counties can reopen starting at 5 p.m. today. However, bars in Johnson County and Story County — home to UI and ISU, respectively — must stay closed through Sunday.
