Gary Bateman, chief information officer at Iowa Workforce Development, has been named one of Government Technology magazine’s Top 25 Doers, Dreamers and Drivers for 2015. Bateman was recognized for his efforts to cut costs while retaining access to services. Each year, Government Technology honors individuals or teams who use technology that improves the way government does business and serves its citizens.
