‘Big cheese’ conference booked for Des Moines
The American Cheese Society’s Annual Conference and Competition has been booked for July 27-30 at the Iowa Events Center, reports dsm magazine’s e-newsletter. The society expects more than 1,200 cheese and specialty food professionals at its Cheese in the Heartland event for educational seminars, competitions and revelry including cheese tastings, a 5K cheese run, and a cheese tasting and sale open to the public.
