Urbandale-based talent management software company BirdDogHR announced that it has partnered with ClickSafety, a provider of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) courses. Through the Learning Management System (LMS), BirdDogHR customers can assign, track and manage OSHA courses and certifications in one central platform. “As of today, OSHA penalties can cost companies over $130,000 per violation so companies need to take this seriously,” said Todd Skokan, BirdDogHR president and CEO. “We’re thrilled to partner with ClickSafety, which has provided safety courseware to tens of thousands of organizations with rigorous compliance requirements.
