The Iowa Board of Regents announced the first finalist in the search for the next president of the University of Iowa. Hari Osofsky is the dean of Penn State Law and the Penn State School of International Affairs. Osofsky will visit the UI campus today and Tuesday to meet with faculty, staff, students and other community members. She will participate in a public forum at 3:30 p.m. today, which will be open to a limited number of in-person attendees and will be livestreamed on the UI presidential search website and the Board of Regents website.
